Dutch Forwarding Conditions

Dutch law and the most recently filed version of Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden) lodged by FENEX with the Clerks of Amsterdam and Rotterdam), including the arbitration clause, apply to all our activities.

Disputes which are excluded from the arbitration clause and which emerge or are related to the agreement made between parties will be settled by the court in Rotterdam.

We explicitly reject any and all general conditions from our contractual counterparts, unless we explicitly agree in writing with the applicability thereof.
