Trans-it personal service
The first contact point with the operational part of Trans-it is usually our Order Management Department (OMD). They will handle your orders until our Operations Department (OPD) takes over. The OM Department will gather relevant information about the order and also make sure the goods arrive at a designated warehouse, or stays at the supplier if that is relevant. Our OM Department can pick-up your orders consolidated or designated, or guide a delivery into one of our warehouses. All orders can be tracked on our web. See the guide under for an easy start-up.
GETTING STARTED:
1. Send a copy of you purchase order to: pohandling@transit-dk.com
2. Add a release instruction to your order:
“Please cooperate with our forwarder "Trans-it AS" ,
who will contact you for follow up on order status and readiness on our behalf.”
3. Sit back and let Trans-it do the rest
4. By default you will receive a mail when each order is on hand
